Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Bags are manufactured to the finished dimensions and finished weight stated on the quotation, measured and weighed on finished production units rather than on the cutting pattern, and normal manufacturing tolerance applies. No approval, endorsement, certification or sanction by the American Cornhole League, the American Cornhole Organization or any other association or governing body is claimed, held or implied, and goods are not supplied as stamped competition equipment; where sanctioned play requires certified equipment the customer is advised of this before order. Fill material is stated on the quotation. Bags filled with whole-kernel corn are subject to the inherent characteristics of a natural fill, including absorption of atmospheric and surface moisture with consequent variation in weight, progressive breakdown of kernels in normal use with consequent settling and loss of loft, and susceptibility to mould and to pest attraction where stored in damp or unsealed conditions; these characteristics are not defects and are stated before order. Resin-filled bags are supplied where dimensional and weight stability are required. Fabrics described as all-weather are water-resistant only and are not waterproof; treated finishes reduce surface absorption and are subject to wear with use and exposure. Colour variation between dye lots and production runs is a normal characteristic of textile manufacture. Decoration is applied to the face specified on the quotation; where decoration is applied to the slick playing face at the customer’s direction, the customer is advised in advance that this alters the sliding characteristic of the bag and is the surface subject to greatest abrasion. Goods are sporting equipment intended for supervised recreational use, are not toys, and are not suitable for young children. We do not supply cornhole boards, board wraps, decals, frames, legs, lighting, scoreboards, carrying cases or nets.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
