Why we exist

Five things decide a cornhole bag: the measured size, the weighed ounces, the fill, the seam and which face carries the branding. A normal quote states none of them.

All five are settled before anything is sewn, and none of them costs much to get right.

Measured, then weighed

Tournament play is built around a bag six inches square weighing about sixteen ounces, and a bag outside that window plays differently on the same board however it is described.

So we measure and weigh the finished article rather than the pattern, and both numbers go on the quote. And we say plainly which bags are stamped competition kit and which are regulation-size bags for leagues, venues and backyards — because pretending there is no difference is how a club ends up with bags its own league will not allow.

The fill is a weather decision

Corn absorbs moisture, so the bag gains weight as the evening goes on. It grinds itself into powder with use, so the fill settles and the bag goes limp over a season. And it attracts pests and mould in exactly the sheds and vans where event kit lives.

Resin pellets do none of that: constant weight in the wet, stable volume for years, and nothing to attract anything in storage. We make both, and we tell you which one your event actually wants before you buy five hundred of them.

Two faces, two jobs

A dual-sided bag has a slick face that carries it across the board and a grippier face that stops it. That pairing is the whole skill of the throw.

A big print on the slick face changes how it slides and is the first thing to wear away, so branding goes on the stop face by default. If you want both faces printed we will do it, after telling you what it does to the slide.

The seam is where cheap bags save money

A double-sewn, lockstitched seam with thread chosen for abrasion and UV is what stops a bag splitting on a rough board halfway through a season.

It is completely invisible in a photograph, which is exactly why it is the first thing cut. Outdoors, the thread usually gives up before the cloth does.
